INEX is an annual conference held for Bader Rutter’s clients. Our challenge was to create a theme for the conference that would inspire creativity, push limits and challenge the way our clients thought about their business. Our solution was a completely gamified experience that we called, “INEX: Boundless.” The design system utilized high-energy colors and explosive visuals to let the attendees know what was in store for them when they arrived at the venue.

Upon arrival, each attendee received a kit with a name badge, notebook, rules of the game and scratch-off game board. Throughout the conference, attendees were presented with challenges of varying difficulty. If a challenge was completed, the attendee could move forward on their game board. The attendee with the most challenges completed at the end of the conference was the winner.
